I purchased my ticket through your website. What's next?
After you place the order (card information, name and email of person picking up tickets, click the "buy" button), you will receive two emails from New York Online:
Email #1 - Confirmation that your order has been received. Email #2 - Confirmation voucher. Also includes information about the performance (start time, address, a map of the theater's location, etc.).
These two emails usually come within a few minutes, though it can take up to 24 hours.
Ticket vouchers should be redeemed on the day of the performance, no later than 1 hour before the show starts. When redeeming tickets, please have a photo ID for the person whose name was entered at checkout.
I didn't receive the confirmation email, what do I do?
Be sure to email info@newyork-online.us and include your name, email address, number of tickets, and the name of the tour or show you purchased tickets for. You should receive a response in 24 hours. Please also include your phone number. You can also call us at: +1 646 355 0710 or +1 201 360 9962 (9.00 to 19.00 EST).
I am already in New York and want to buy tickets online, but don't have access to a printer. Can I still buy tickets from New York Online?
You do not need to print out your confirmation voucher — a copy of the confirmation voucher on your mobile device is acceptable.
Why do I need a photo ID?
Thousands of tickets are sold online every day, and online fraud is a problem. This is why it's very important that the name entered at checkout matches the name on the photo ID of the person redeeming tickets.
What if my credit card is declined?
If your card is declined, we will notify you with a possible cause of failure (e.g., insufficient funds on the card, or card expired, etc.). If the payment failed, you will not be charged. Please contact your bank if you think the card was declined by mistake.
Where will my seats be?
Our website is connected to the wholesale ticketing system – this means lower ticket prices, but you can't choose specific seats.
The system automatically chooses the best available seats at the moment of purchase in the section of your choice.
What is the cancellation policy?
Changes and cancelations are possible no later than 15 days prior to performance, unless noted otherwise during purchase. Some shows have all sales final/no-refund policy.
