Ain’t Too Proud is the thrilling new musical that documents The Temptations’ struggle from the streets of Detroit to Rock & Roll stardom. One team, one dream! This is music that made history. With their slick choreography and harmonious voices, the band made 42 top 10 hits, 14 of which reached number one. Their story includes the personal and political challenges overcome during civil unrest in the US, and more. The stage rocks to the band’s most famous hits, such as: My Girl, Just My Imagination, Get Ready, Papa was a Rolling Stone and more. The musical is written by Dominique Morisseau—a three time Obie Award winner, directed by Des McAnuff—a two time Tony Award® winner (Jersey Boys) and choreographed by Tony-nominee Sergio Trujillo (Jersey Boys, On Your Feet).
