New York City’s Madame Tussauds wax museum is located next to Times Square, at 42nd Street between 7th and 8th Avenue. Tickets cost $36, it is best to buy tickets online in advance.
The museum features wax figures of famous actors, musicians and politicians. Take a picture next to Jennifer Aniston and the Dalai Lama, Marilyn Monroe and Barack Obama, watch a short 15-minute film in 4D cinema, and visit The Spirit of New York exhibit.
Plan to spend at least a couple of hours for a visit to the museum, and be prepared to wait a little at the entrance to get in, as there might be a line.
